Our April 2025 newsletter is now out!
In this edition, you will find a summary of upcoming events including our first annual fundraising Cycle Event on Sunday 27th April, our next Macmillan HOPE course, the Moving Forward course from Breast Cancer Now and an Anxiety Management workshop.

We also round-up what’s been happening at the Centre in the first three months of 2025, and share a reminder of our regular monthly programme of support groups, dance and fitness classes, and activities as well as a list of the 1:1 complementary therapies that we offer at the Centre to our members.
