We will be running a Relaxation Taster Class at the Centre on Monday 30th January 2017 from 3:15 to 4pm with a view to continuing these classes on subsequent Mondays at the same time if there is sufficient interest.

You will be sitting in comfortable chairs under a warm blanket (optional) and learning to concentrate on your breathing to quiet relaxing music while Sue talks you through the process of relaxing “from your head to your toes”. We will finish the class with a few quotes or poems as appropriate.

Why not come along and have a taster in the New Year? You never know, you might enjoy it!
