On the 4th and 11th February 2025 our next Macmillan Take Control workshop will commence.

This short course provides tools and strategies that enhance and maintain health and wellbeing. It is a shorter version of the 6-week Hope programme and focuses on symptoms after a cancer diagnosis, such as fatigue, stress, diet, exercise, sleep and fear of recurrence.

A dietitian from Addenbrookes hospital will also visit the course to give a talk about cancer and diet.
