We offer MASSIVE congratulations 🥳 to our @cambridgecancerhelp team of runners 🏃🏻‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️ on Sunday in the TTP Cambridge Half Marathon 2024. The times were all under two hours, so setting the bar very high for our future teams. All these times are🏅worthy:Stacy McGregor 1:53Elvira David 1:53Angus Burns 1:24Kat Moore 1:49Steve Ward 1:54Not only did they run but they also raised a fabulous amount – close to £2500 at the time of posting.

THANK YOU 🙏 so much ☺️ These funds are much needed to keep our amazing Centre running and providing essential care for those with cancer. When asked how it went, Angus said:
“Really enjoyed running the Cambridge Half on Sunday and surprised to see the sun come out after a week of rain! A flat course meant some quick times came through but pleased to have represented Cambridge Cancer Help Centre on the day. I’m running again for the Rome Marathon next weekend so if anyone wants to support or follow along please head to my giving page!https://www.givengain.com/project/angus-raising-funds-for-cambridge-cancer-help-centre-71670 “  Most of us would be delighted to have made it round 13 miles but it was not enough for Angus – good luck in the Rome marathon next weekend! 🤩Kat told us ”I am thrilled to have completed the Cambridge half Marathon, even more so to have run for such a worthy charity” and also remarked “pleased to have done this…… already thinking of next year”. Anyone want to join her? Message us if so as we will have #goldbond places.

It’s not to late to donate to any or all of our runners on GivenGain (Click for external link to Given Gain).
