Fran Dawson

We would like to say a very sad farewell to the much loved and admired Fran Dawson who passed away on 4th September.

Fran has been an important part of our Centre, almost since its beginning in 1986 when Marilyn Barnes set up the charity. She has contributed so much, playing an instrumental role in establishing the Centre at the David Rayner Building, as Chair of the charity, as a Therapist, and in so many other ways. She will be missed by all of us who knew her.

There will be an event at the Centre to celebrate her life on Friday 14th November from 2-5pm. All are very welcome.

Fran asked for donations in her memory to the Cambridge Cancer Help Centre – https://www.justgiving.com/page/john-dawson-1
