A HEALTHY START TO THE NEW YEAR

Following on from the very successful first nutritional talk by Venetia Mitchell Peach Health, at the Centre, we are delighted to announce Venetia is returning at the end of January from 10.30-12.30 on 28th January 2026.

This time the topic is PROTEIN. She will unravel what is best for us, how much to eat and what type. As she talks there will be time for questions and this is a rare opportunity to meet such a knowledgeable nutritional therapist.

These sessions are FREE of charge but we would gratefully accept donations so we can continue to run the Cambridge Cancer Help Centre for the local community. Please do share this information to those outside of our community – it is an event for anyone interested in nutrition.
