On 1st September, our patron Prof. Robert Thomas was featured in an article entitled “I’m an Oncologist. These simple habits can help reduce your cancer risk” in the Daily Telegraph.

Professor Thomas talks about simple things we can all do – including: standing up every 30 minutes, heading outside first thing to keep circadian rhythmns on track, not forgetting sunscreen, eating something fermented every day and going easy on barbequed meats.
