Responding to many requests we have organised for a brilliant Nutritional Therapist Venetia Mitchell to come to the Centre. The session is titled ‘Prevention & Recovery – learning about gut function & fibre’ and be held on 1st October 2025 from 10.30 am – 12.30 pm

This will be the first talk led by Venetia and we hope there will be many more. At this one she will focus on the gut, its function, how best to take care of it and giving simple lifestyle suggestions. It will not be overly technical and Venetia will not be selling you expensive supplements or suggest life altering diets. To have a nutritional therapist visiting as a volunteer at the Centre is very special and we invite you to join us to learn a lot and ask lots of questions.

💚 This session is open to ANYONE you don’t need to be a member or affiliated with the Centre. 💚 Everyone can benefit from this, staying healthy is the best preventative medicine against cancer.

Please share widely as this is a unique event, especially as most of us do not have access to a nutritional therapist 🙏
