This summer we welcomed Zeinab Ardeshir, a UK pharmacist and co-founder of Cambridge-based digital pharmacy PillSorted, to several of our support groups — including the Living with Cancer, Prostate, Breast Cancer and Carers’ groups.

Zeinab ran friendly, plain-English sessions on getting the most from your medicines: how to manage side effects, how to store medicines safely in hot weather and the questions worth asking your pharmacist.

With everything anonymised, Zeinab has turned the most common ones into a series of short videos free for anyone to watch: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLMyfBf-eNs3k
