Self-help Massage On-Line – for yourself or to share with others in your household
A half hour session, alternate weeks with Claire Mackenzie, CCHC therapist, learning simple massage and acupressure techniques to relieve stresses and strains. Next session Thursday 1st April, time to be confirmed, and then every other Thursday. Times may vary according to Claire’s availability – please check with Claire when booking.
