Online Fatigue Management Course and Macmillan Cancer Support - both available during The Centre closure.

Fatigue management – Are you struggling with fatigue and low energy?
We can help with free online support on zoom provided by our friend Mara, who is an occupational therapist and trainer.
If you are interested, please  email or ring Janet on 07866 331782. Janet will be able to advise when the next course is available.
If you have never used Zoom and are nervous about doing so, there are many short tutorials available on YouTube showing how to install and use it. There is also a quick start guide for new users here.
Mara is also able to offer other services, details here on her website.
