WE HAVE MOVED INTO OUR NEW HOME! On 1st April 2008, we moved to our new home in the David Rayner Centre building on the Scotsdales Garden Centre site in Great Shelford. See below for full details of meeting times and our new location. Please note that we have a new address: 120 Cambridge Road, Great Shelford, Cambridge CB22 5JT; and telephone number: (01223) 840105. Have you, a relative or a friend got cancer?
Our support group meets from 10 am to 4 pm every Tuesday and Wednesday, and from 5 pm to 7.30 pm on the first Thursday of the month, in the brand new David Rayner Centre building at Scotsdales Garden Centre in Great Shelford (the new building is to your left as you proceed down the main driveway toward the garden centre). Our telephone number has changed to (01223) 840105. We offer healing, reflexology and other complementary therapies. It is advisable to make an advance booking to avoid disappointment, although sessions may be available on the day if you just drop in. We look forward to meeting you. Please call in to have a friendly chat, a cup of tea and to meet other people who have experienced cancer, who understand how you feel and can offer support and information, and browse through our books and tapes. From September 2008 we will be open on Thursday mornings for complementary therapies. These will be available by appointment only. Different Strokes, a support group for young stroke victims, meets on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. Visitors can receive complementary therapies and enjoy social activities.
